The Queue Index collects minimal data. If you subscribe to our newsletter via Buttondown, we store your email address solely to send you weekly rankings. We use Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is tracked.
Every Saturday at 1pm, we call London restaurants using an AI voice agent and ask about current walk-in wait times. Calls are made to publicly listed phone numbers. We record the content of responses (wait times, walk-in policy) but do not record audio of restaurant staff without consent.
We do not use cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless and GDPR-compliant by design. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
We use Buttondown for email newsletters, Plausible for analytics, and Netlify for hosting. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
